| Orders are based
on pre-processed weight of the animal.
Pricing is a base rate of $3.00 per
pound "hanging weight".
Pricing does not include processing fee.
Orders are taken on: |

- Full animal: 600 to 800
lbs (average 700 lbs)
- Half animal: 300 to 400 lbs (average 350 lbs)
- Quarter animal: 150 to 200 lbs (average 175 lbs)

Orders require 25% deposit due upon order request. Remaining
balance due at time of receipt. Deposit is non-refundable.
